Michael Epstein has more than 20 years of legal experience, providing representation to clients in a variety of matters, including personal injury, products liability, criminal defense and other aspects of general civil litigation.  His background gives him a greater understanding of the courtroom to effectively serve his clients.  He has worked for a public defender’s office and several prosecutors’ offices and has served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Woods of the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of Maryland.  He has been in private practice for over two decades concentrating on all aspects of litigation.  He has represented individuals and businesses in a variety of legal matters.  He has tried cases (bench and jury trials) throughout the Mid-Atlantic region – and has represented clients before numerous state and local administrative bodies.

Mr. Epstein is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
