Among his notable achievements, Mr. Boyer has obtained significant settlements/verdicts in cases such as a wrongful death toxic tort case involving benzene exposure against Peoples Gas, Light & Coke ($3 million), a case against UPS for a client who suffered severe fractures in a car accident ($1.85 million), and a medical malpractice case against Silver Cross Hospital ($1.7 million).
