Andrew grew up in Tredyffrin. He is a graduate of Conestoga High School, received his BA degree in history and english from Susquehanna University, and a law degree at Widener Law School. He currently lives in Malvern and remains deeply rooted in the local community. Andrew is a member of The Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and has been a member of the Planning Commission in Charlestown Township since 2000. He is also an active member of several other Chester County organizations.
