Firm Summary

I founded Cannon Law in 2014 with one goal: represent individuals against large corporations and insurance companies. Since by then, I have limited the number and type of case I handle to make sure my clients get the best legal representation possible. Now, I represent individuals in personal injury and insurance bad faith cases with a large percentage of my clients have suffered traumatic brain injuries.

Since founding the firm, I have helped hundreds of clients financially recover from injuries. In total, I have won more than $10,000,000 for my clients, including numerous six and seven figure individual recoveries through trial or settlement. In 2020, I was elected by my peers to be an officer of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the largest specialty bar association in Colorado. As a result, I will serve as its President in 2024 and 2025. I am also a member of the American Association of Justice’s Leader’s Forum and regularly speak in Colorado and nationally about personal injury litigation, especially cases involving traumatic brain injuries. I have been rated by Super Lawyers every year since 2017. More than anything, I am very proud of the kind things our former clients have said about us online.

My philosophy about personal injury cases is simple: the more time you put into the case, the better the outcome. For this reason, I strictly limit my caseload to ensure I can give every client the time their case deserves. This means I only represent around 10% of the potential clients that contact our office. Because I do this, I only take cases I believe in, and the cases I accept get enough time and attention for my team to develop a unique strategy to help our client reach their goals. We don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach to our cases any more than our clients are one-size-fits-all people. The process starts with the initial client meeting. In that meeting, my goal is to get to know you and your goals for your case. Once we really understand what you want, my staff and I will use our knowledge and experience to develop and execute a plan to reach those goals. Along the way, we make sure you understand how what we’re doing is helping us reach your goals.
