Mr. Stamm has been in the private practice of law since 1995, and he is the Managing Partner in the Stamm Law Firm. Born in Kenmore, New York, he lived in Williamsville and graduated from Canisius High School in 1987. Mr. Stamm then attended the College of The Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, graduating with a B.A. in History. He then went on to Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut where he graduated with honors, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1995.

During Law School he was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. He is published in the Connecticut Probate Law Journal with a Case Comment (1995) and also served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Connecticut Probate Law Journal from 1994-1995.

Mr. Stamm is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as in Federal Court for the Western District of New York.

He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. In 2008 Mr. Stamm was selected and named to The Super Lawyers of America.
