Vincent Xu is an associate and member of the Firm’s insurance recovery practice. Vincent
has prior experience representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes,
including products liability, mass tort, personal injury, and general liability matters. Vincent
has successfully represented clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses and
individuals.
Vincent graduated with honors from Loyola Law School and earned a spot on the Dean’s List
in his second and third years. At Loyola Law, Vincent served as a Production Editor of Loyola of
Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and participated on Loyola’s Transactional Negotiation
Team, where he won the award for “Best Buyer.” Vincent also represented Loyola Law School at
the XXVI Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, arguing before international
arbitration panels in San Diego, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong. While in law school, Vincent
served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer of the United States Bankruptcy
Court, Central District of California.
