​I have been practicing law in Illinois for over 19 years. The last several years of my practice has been solely focused on representing individuals who have been injured in the workplace or due to the negligence of others. My body of work has included accidents stemming from slip and falls to motor vehicle collisions to construction negligence to medical malpractice. While I now only represent plaintiffs and petitioners, I began my career defending insurance carriers and privately held corporations in catastrophic loss matters. It is my belief that working on the defense side of the bar for many years has provided me with a unique perspective as to how defense lawyers and insurance companies handle claims and this perspective directly benefits my clients whether their claims are ultimately settled or tried.

I am a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington, where I received a B.S. in International Business, Chicago-Kent College of Law, where I received a J.D, and the University of Notre Dame, where I received an MBA. I am currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Workers Compensation Lawyers Association and Working Forward – a group dedicated the fair treatment of injured workers.
