Dustin Hopson is the founder and owner of Hopson Legal. He was born and grew up in South Oklahoma City before attending the University of Oklahoma and Texas Tech University School of Law. After serving as a Congressional Fellow in the United States House of Representatives, he began the practice of law in 2002, immediately dedicating 100% of his practice to litigation. Since that time, for nearly twenty years, he has had valuable experience in state and federal court, receiving verdicts and judgments on a variety of matters. In his career he has represented persons accused of wrongdoing, litigated extensive insurance disputes on behalf of both claimants and insurance companies, including Allstate, where he once served as Senior Litigation counsel, and sought relief for employees against employers who wrongfully terminated his clients, in addition to navigating resolutions in divorce and family cases.

Mr. Hopson is licensed in both Oklahoma and Texas, and is available to represent you in either state or federal court. He is a legal analyst for KFOR in Oklahoma City, where he continues to reside.
