Firm Summary

Kyle leads the trial and litigation team at Eason & Tambornini, with over 200 court and jury trials. He specializes in assisting clients who have been injured in construction accidents, car accidents, truck accidents, or while on the job. As a result of his extensive experience working on cases involving injured workers in Sacramento, Kyle has spoken on the issue at continuing education workshops for other attorneys. He is known throughout the Sacramento community as a valuable reference for attorneys who need help with their most complex cases.

Kyle was elected by fellow attorneys as President of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and has been a member of this organization for more than 15 years. Kyle is also a member of  Consumer Attorneys of California, a statewide organization representing the interests of California consumers and injury victims. Kyle spends many days at the State Capitol lobbying for injury victims and workers’ compensation laws.

While he is honored by the recognition from his peers, Kyle takes immense pride in providing outstanding representation and obtaining exceptional results for his clients. Before practicing personal injury and workers’ compensation law, Kyle was an insurance defense attorney. After seeing the legal hardships injured individuals faced, he decided to switch sides so he could make a direct, positive impact on the lives of those who experienced stressful and traumatic events. Kyle has dedicated his efforts to representing injured individuals since co-founding Eason & Tambornini, ALC.

While Kyle is credited with obtaining one of Sacramento’s largest workers’ compensation settlements ($5,700,000), he credits a recent case involving a fall from a job site as one of his most treasured accomplishments. In this case, Kyle’s client was pressured by his original attorney to settle the case for $30,000. Thankfully, the client did not accept that settlement and hired Kyle, who resolved the case less than a year later for $1,200,000.

Kyle is equally known for his work in the community as he is for his work in the courtroom. As a father of three, Kyle stays involved with his kids by volunteering at school fundraisers, community work days, and class field trips.

In addition to extensive volunteer work within professional organizations and schools, Kyle established a rugby program called the Carmichael Hawks Youth Program. Within just a few years, the program has grown to become one of the most respected programs in the State and has had several of its players go on to start for their high school teams.

Although Kyle works long hours, he values his family time. You’ll find Kyle hiking or boating with his wife and children between trials. Kyle met his wife Michelle while studying at San Diego State University and has been married for more than 25 years.
