A native Floridian, Caleb Payne was introduced to construction at an early age by his uncle, a general contractor. Caleb began working on “first party” lawsuits in 2012 during law school while interning for a plaintiff’s firm. As an associate attorney at the same firm, he then handled disputes ranging anywhere from small water losses to multimillion dollar condo claims. Caleb has helped resolve over a thousand insurance claims, and has personally recovered 10’s of millions of dollars in insurance benefits owed to Florida homeowners, separate from attorney’s fees. Caleb has litigated insurance dispute cases throughout the state, from Monroe County to the panhandle, and many places in between.

Caleb Payne holds a B.S. in psychology and minor in business from Florida State University. At Florida A&M College of Law, he was an Admissions Ambassador, 3L Representative for the Student Bar Association, and the President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida, and in the Federal Middle and Northern Districts. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and in his spare time volunteers with iDignity, an organization dedicated to providing essential government documentation and identification cards to the less fortunate. Caleb has also volunteered as guardian ad litem since 2018.
