Howard S. Weingarden is a successful practitioner with extensive experience in the areas of products, professional and premises liability, automobile negligence, liquor liability and governmental immunity. Mr. Weingarden has a wide range of litigation experience along with strong research and writing skills.

He studied at Michigan State University where he earned a B.S. in Political Science/Pre-Law.  Mr. Weingarden attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he was involved in Moot Court and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.  He finished in the top third of his class and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1994 where he passed the Michigan Bar Examination in the 95^th percentile.

Mr. Weingarden is a member of the Negligence and Workers’ Compensation sections of the Michigan State Bar.
