Cheryl J. Farrish handles a wide range of injury cases, from automobile accidents to complex construction injury cases. Originally from Hawaii, Cheryl relocated to Seattle to attend Seattle University where she graduated, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice. She then attended the Seattle University School of Law, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List (top 10% of the class) and as a King County Bar Foundation Scholar. She earned these honors while working full time as a personal injury paralegal during the day and attending law school at night. She graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from Seattle University School of Law.

As an attorney, Cheryl fights hard for the rights of her clients. She has a recovered over $50 million for her clients through negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trial. She has served as the Co-Chair of the Joint Asian Judicial Evaluations Committee (JAJEC) and has served on the Board of Directors for the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), the Filipino Lawyers of Washington (FLOW), and the Ed! Downtown Alliance. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the National Filipino American Lawyers Association (NFALA), and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA).  She has been recognized on the Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list each year since 2013. Cheryl has taught at legal seminars, including at the WSAJ Legal Team CLE, the WSAJ Judicial Training Seminar, and at roundtables for the Washington State Bar Association’s litigation section.

Cheryl is admitted to practice in Washington and before the United States District Court – Western District of Washington.

In her free time, Cheryl enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, reading detective novels, scuba diving, and going on adventures with her husband, three sons, and two Australian cattle dogs.
