Mr. Roche is a founding partner of Ballenger & Roche, LLC. The firm was started in 2019 with a mission to provide exceptional representation to the seriously injured. Mr. Roche frequently represents individuals across the State of Maryland who are injured in automobile accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, and from defective products. Mr. Roche also handles general negligence matters and appeals. Mr. Roche has recovered millions for his clients and has received numerous legal honors, including the prestigious Super Lawyers “Rising Star” designation for 2017-2019 and 2021-2024.  Mr. Roche has achieved outstanding results in State and Federal trial courts, and in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Mr. Roche’s appellate cases have resulted in reported opinions that formed new legal precedent in Maryland.

After college, Mr. Roche attended University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where he served as an Articles Editor for the University of Maryland Journal of Business and Technology Law, worked as a research assistant, and clerked for a reputable Baltimore litigation firm. After graduating University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law cum laude in 2012, Mr. Roche began his career with a reputable regional defense firm. There he worked as a defense attorney for other professionals and was frequently the lawyer’s lawyer. Defending numerous legal malpractice and grievance matters underlined the importance of ethics in the practice of law. Mr. Roche next worked at a Baltimore based plaintiff’s civil litigation firm from 2013-2019. Mr. Roche quickly assumed an active leadership role within that firm’s burgeoning civil litigation and personal injury practice before ultimately departing to open Ballenger & Roche.

Mr. Roche currently resides with his wife and two children in Severna Park, Maryland.
