Clayton Rubinstein practices civil litigation with a focus on construction disputes, estate litigation, and personal injury, though he has also helped many clients in other areas of law. He enjoys working with his clients and strives to reach timely and effective resolutions to any issues they face.

Clayton has broad experience dealing with construction, real estate, commercial, estate, and personal injury litigation. Clayton has been a successful advocate for clients in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and has assisted senior counsel in the BC Court of Appeal. He has also appeared as counsel in commercial arbitrations and numerous mediations.

Clayton received his BA in Political Science and his law degree both from UBC. Clayton articled at a large downtown law firm before joining PLLR Lawyers in 2014.

Clayton grew up in Richmond and has deep ties to the community. He currently sits on the Richmond Gateway Theatre Board of Directors and volunteers for Access Pro Bono. Outside of his work, Clayton enjoys golfing, fine dining, and traveling.
