Andrew joined BRE Law in May of 2019. Prior to joining our team, Andrew spent many years in private practice at a highly-respected local law firm. He has served as both a prosecutor and a public defender. He has successfully litigated, tried, and won numerous cases ranging from felony criminal cases to high value civil cases. Today, Andrew focuses his practice on litigation, mostly in the areas of Law, DUI’s & Criminal Defense, Divorce & Family Law, Civil Litigation, and personal injury.

Originally from the Peoria area, Andrew obtained his B.S. in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Western Illinois University. Andrew then attended law school at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. At Drake, Andrew focused his studies on constitutional law and civil rights, as well as litigation and alternative dispute resolution techniques.

Andrew and his wife Hayley live in Argenta with their son Lincoln and daughter Lydia.
