André was born in London, England but was raised in Lompoc, California and Safford, Arizona. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University (B.S. 1998); Arizona State University (Juris Doctor 2001); and the University of Washington (LL.M.-Taxation 2003). He was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in January 2003. André is married with four children. He enjoys traveling and camping with his family, coaching track and field (hurdles) and basketball the local high school, and sports recreationally.
