Austin Alders was born into a military family and moved all across the country before finally ending up in Memphis, Tennessee. Upon graduating from high school, Mr. Alders received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Memphis. He graduated Cum Laude with honors in Criminal Justice.

Mr. Alders received his Law degree from the University Of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School Of Law. While at the University of Memphis, Mr. Alders was a recipient of the Jon S. Schober scholarship for his academic accomplishments.

During law school Mr. Alders was part of the Housing Adjudication Clinic for the Memphis Housing Authority. He also continued clerking for a highly respected bankruptcy law firm during his second and third years of law school.

Upon graduation Mr. Alders joined Reaves Law Firm PLLC as a personal injury law attorney, in order to fight the insurance companies and ensure every client receives fair compensation for their injuries.

After four years at Reaves Law Firm, Mr. Alders decided to branch out on his own and create a law firm that caters to the city he loves.
