Hawley Holman has handled well over a thousand claims of many different types in his 40+ years of practicing law in the Texarkana area. This firm was founded in 1988, and my goal has always been to provide solid legal services in the areas of practice I cover. Memberships, Associations and Awards Hawley Holman has been a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and many other legal organizations. I am board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the fields of Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law. I am also a certified mediator. I was selected as a “Texas Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly magazine in 2004, and was chosen as a member of the National Trial Lawyers in 2011. Education Hawley Holman’s undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. I received a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston Texas in 1976. I regularly take continuing education classes of all kinds to make sure I am up-to-date on topics such as personal injury, civil trial, insurance, trucking, pharmaceutical, medical device litigation and much more.

Experience I am licensed in both Arkansas and Texas, and in addition to regular practice and litigation experience, I have also been involved in federal court cases. I have been practicing in Texarkana for 40 years, and my specialties include mediation, personal injury, civil trial, insurance, trucking, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
