My name is Mark Luther and I have been in the private practice of law for the past 43 years. I primarily practice within the Metropolitan Twin Cities, however, I have represented clients from all over Minnesota during my four decades of practice.

I am licensed to practice in Minnesota state courts, United States Federal Courts in Minnesota, Supreme Court of the United States, Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Tribal Courts.

I have had the opportunity over my career to represent clients from all ethnic, religious, and social economic backgrounds. My goal over the years has been to insure that each and every one of my clients are treated with respect and given my full attention to reach the best possible outcome.

I graduated high school from Fargo Central in Fargo North Dakota in 1966. I graduated college from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C in 1970. My major was American political history. I graduated law school from the University of Arizona College of Law obtaining a Juris Doctor in 1973
