I started my firm with one goal in mind: to provide old fashioned customer service to people in need. I grew up believing that customer service was the best approach to running a business. With that background, I decided to open my law firm.

I found knowing a bit about me helps clients understand how my firm runs. While going to law school at night, I worked as an insurance adjuster by day, handling all types of insurance claims. I started handling windshield claims, but moved to handling total losses, personal injury claims, airplane claims, boat claims, and almost any other type of insurance claim you can imagine! Before starting the firm, I worked at two law firms and gained valuable legal experience. Since I opened my firm, I have focused on providing individuals with the best service I can, using my valuable experience from the insurance industry.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Economics from CSU-Sacramento. After graduating from Sac State, I began working for Prudential Insurance. While working at Prudential, I began the Chartered Property-Casualty Underwriter program, a program I completed while working at CIGNA Insurance. After earning my CPCU designation, I worked at Crawford and Company, handling insurance claims for numerous insurance companies. Graduating with distinction from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA, while being on the Dean’s List and a member of the Traynor Honor Society, gave me the opportunity to work at a well respected civil defense firm. Following that, I worked at a small personal injury firm before deciding to open my own office to better serve my clients.

I have now run my practice for 15 years. My approach is simple: I understand that people run into legal problems and need help. At some point, most people are going to need the assistance of a lawyer, whether it is due to a car accident, falling behind on bills, getting behind on rent, or creating a will or trust. I listen to my clients, come up with a plan with them, and work with them to make sure that they end up with a result that works for them.

I married my high school sweetheart. We moved to Sacramento and have made this our home. We have 4 children and live in Elk Grove.

A resident of Elk Grove, California for over twenty years, I have been active in the community. Some of my activities have included coaching, including youth soccer, high school soccer, and middle school wrestling. I am involved in the local schools, volunteering many hours to help our kids, including running an elementary school mock trial program. In my effort to make Elk Grove a better place, I sponsor local teams and events. Being involved in the community is, I believe, part of my obligation as an attorney.
