He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 1980 before graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1983. Bruce remains actively involved in community affairs. After serving 25 years on the Western Brown Local Schools Board of Education, he is currently serving as President of the Mt. Orab Port Authority. In addition to his service on the Executive Board of Greater Cincinnati Knothole Baseball, he has coached youth baseball, basketball and football for over 20 years.
