During his tenure at the firm, he also served as the managing lawyer, responsible for overseeing other attorneys and the day-to-day operations of the firm. After leaving Kresch & Kresch, Mr. Samuel founded his own firm, where he has been practicing for the past 22 years.

Mr. Samuel’s current practice focuses on personal injury cases, ADA defense, judgement enforcement, no-fault litigation, commercial and consumer debt collections, and wage-and-hour litigation. He has also provided pro bono counsel to a victim of the September 11 attacks, helping the client recover $940,000 through an application to the Victims Compensation Fund. Mr. Samuel is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and in the state courts of New York.
