Michael Catt was born in Lubbock, TX, on March 24, 1971. He is married to wife Angelique for 23 years, has 3 children, Alex, 21, Valentin, 20, and Sydney, 18. He also has 2 dogs, Max and Lucy. He completed his preparatory education at Texas Tech University (B.A., cum laude, 1993), legal education at University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College (Faculty of Laws, 1995), and University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 1996). Mr. Catt has also been honored with the distinction Lord of Glencoe in highlands, Scotland.
