Born in Los Angeles and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Robert Walch has worked with Gary K. Walch, A Law Corporation, since 2000. Robert started with our personal injury & wrongful death accident law firm as a legal assistant, then worked as a law clerk while attending Pepperdine School of Law before becoming an associate attorney then Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our law firm. Robert is a licensed attorney, a member of the California State Bar and handles his own extensive caseload. Robert previously attended and graduated from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, studied economics at the University of Pennsylvania, then graduated from the Pepperdine University School of Law.

Robert was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006, the same year he graduated from law school, having successfully passed the California Bar Examination on his first attempt.

While successfully handling well over a thousand personal injury accident claims, including wrongful death accident cases, and settlements in the seven figures, Robert has resolved his clients’ claims for millions of dollars every year, developed excellent negotiation and litigation skills,​and has successfully settled claims, where liability was denied, for the full insurance policy limits!

Robert is an avid sports fan, and​enjoys playing soccer and basketball.

Robert has a strong caring for others and has performed extensive volunteer services, including for the Woodland Hills Motion Picture Hospital and West Hills Hospital. Robert also is an animal lover and strongly supports and donates to animal rights and wildlife protection organizations.
