A native and current resident of Moss Bluff, Fred received his undergraduate degree from LSU in 1999. Fred remained in Baton Rouge and received his J.D. and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Fred returned to southwest Louisiana and began his career working at the public defender’s office. There, he represented indigent clients. He then moved on to become a prosecutor at the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney’s Office in Lake Charles. In April 2007, Fred joined the Roach Law Firm, using his extensive knowledge
