Jay C. Glickman, a partner in the Law Firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford P.C., has been a member of the firm since 1972 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court the same year. Mr. Glickman’s practice focuses on wills, estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. He received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from Temple University School of Law.

He is an active member of the Community, serving as a member and/or board member of the Montgomery Township Planning Commission, Montgomery Township Open Space Committee, Montgomery Township Shade Tree Commission, the Souderton-Telford Rotary Club, the Souderton-Harleysville Fish, Game and Forestry Association, the Advisory Committee on Decedent’s Estates Law to the Joint State Government Commission of Pennsylvania, the Hatfield Township Traffic Committee, Last Chance Ranch, and the American Legion. He served as a radio show host on WNPV and is a recipient of the Malcolm A. Schweiker Century Club Award from the Boy Scouts of America. He was formerly the solicitor for and/or a board member of the Montgomery County Development Corporation, Frederick Mennonite Community Committee for Social Responsibility, Highlands Community Association, Indian Creek Foundation, North Star Youth Services, the Souderton-Telford Ambulance Association, the Institute for Comprehensive Family Therapy, Valley Center, and the North Penn Chapter of the American Red Cross, as well as an instructor at Delaware Valley College. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Federal and Pennsylvania courts.

Mr. Glickman enjoys fly fishing, hunting, shooting, and collecting antiques.
