Aaron Wiseley received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Albion College in 1994, and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 1999 where he was a member of the Moot Court Program and Program Director for a reading and mentoring program for Detroit schoolchildren. Mr. Wiseley is licensed in Michigan State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. In addition, Mr. Wiseley has been admitted in multiple State and Federal Courts as pro hac vice counsel in Wyoming, Georgia, Louisiana, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky.

Mr. Wiseley’s primary area of practice is the representation of individuals and families involved in catastrophic injury or wrongful death accidents throughout the United States, emphasizing on accidents involving a commercial motor vehicle or common carrier. In addition to successfully trying to verdict catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases across the United States, Mr. Wiseley is also an experienced appellate attorney, having briefed and argued dozens of cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, as well as the Federal Courts of Appeal for the 6th and 11th Circuits. Mr. Wiseley is a trained Mediator, and a Neutral Case Evaluator in the 17th Circuit (Kent County) Court, and performs pro bono legal services through the Pro Bono Program of Western Michigan.

Mr. Wiseley has authored an article published in Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly on the Graves’ Amendment and is a regularly invited speaker to discuss various transportation and litigation issues to trucking companies and long-term health care providers.

Mr. Wiseley is an active member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Michigan Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
