Attorney Hamisch is a father of four who has devoted his time to their success.  He has won father of the year awards from his children annually since 2004.

Education:

Attorney Hamisch received his law degree in 2010 from Ave Maria School of Law where he was actively involved with moot court and tax court oral advocacy competitions.  He was the president of the Law Student Section of the State Bar of Michigan in 2009.  Attorney Hamisch attended Utah State University where he earned his B.S. in Political Science in 2006.

Attorney Hamisch is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and has appeared pro hac vice in cases throughout the United States.  Attorney Hamisch is also a member of the Collier County Bar Association.
