He has also successfully brought groundbreaking lawsuits on behalf of his clients against Public entities like Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Alaric has negotiated millions of Dollars in lawsuit settlements.

He has represented clients in high-profile cases including defending a client in a suit at the instance of Odell Beckham Jr., one of America’s highest paid Footballers.

His principal areas of practice in litigation are: Civil rights (encompassing all sorts of discrimination as pursuable under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, California’s UNRUH ACT, New York’s Human Rights Laws etc); Personal Injury law; Employment and Labor Law, Catastrophic Torts and Premises liability.

On the transactional side of things, he acts as Counsel to Rainbow World Group Inc., a holding company of several Sports Agencies operating throughout the world, with focus on sourcing, acquiring and marketing sports talents principally from Africa.

In this position, he has negotiated numerous player contracts on behalf of the Company, its subsidiaries and Football Clubs especially with regards to Intermediary agreements, player transfers, endorsement deals from major brands like NIKE and PUMA and the purchasing and sale of Football Clubs in Africa and Europe. Alaric handles Player Transfer Agreements between American USL/MLS clubs & Football Clubs in Africa. Because of his clear understanding of the U.S., Cameroon and Nigerian legal systems, he is an indispensable number in the equation. He also ensures legal compliance for the company’s U.S interests. He also has significant experience in corporate finance, having negotiated millions of Dollars in equity and debt financing for the Company.

His transactional specialities are: Contracts and Corporate law and Finance. He has also contracted legal services for Bluechips like: AT&T, Knorr-Bremse & GLaxoSmithKline.
