Albert W. Chianese graduated from Fordham College in 1969. He served in the Vietnam War as an Artillery Officer where he earned the Bronze Star in 1971. He attended St. John’s University School of Law and graduated in 1975.

He has been admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York since 1976. He is a member of the Federal Bar of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. In 2016, Mr. Chianese made his longtime associate a partner in creating the firm of Chianese & Reilly Law, a dental malpractice-focused law firm.

Mr. Chianese has over 35 years of experience as a trial attorney. He has extensive trial experience in all the courts in the metropolitan area. From 2010 to 2019, he was recognized as a top attorney in the New York Metro area for plaintiff personal injury medical malpractice by Super Lawyers Metro edition, an award reserved for the top 5% of attorneys.

He has emphasized the trial of dental malpractice cases for over 30 years as a representative of dental patients.
