​Aman’s experience as a lawyer began as a specialist in the cutting-edge arena of online torrent-generated copyright infringement litigation. His efforts on behalf of common people against corporate opponents led to an endorsement by the Electronic Frontier Foundation. As a result, Aman maintains an active interest in all issues involving the intersection of technology and the law and is a member of the Richard K. Herrmann Technology Inn of Court.

 As a former attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Aman earned considerable experience appearing before judges and juries and gained intimate inside knowledge on how insurance companies seek to defend against paying out claims to injured victims in need.

 During law school, Aman clerked for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, an experience that instilled a passion for advocating for victims of civil rights abuses. This experience has led Aman to spearhead some of Delaware’s leading police misconduct lawsuits on behalf of racial minorities victimized by police brutality.

He serves as the Past Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. 

​Beyond his role as a lawyer, Aman is a visual artist and a stand up comedian. He has traveled to all seven (7) continents and some fifty (50) countries in total. Aman formerly served in the U.S. Army as an officer; he was also formerly a public school science teacher with Teach for America.
