Firm Summary

After originally focusing his studies on the field of criminal law and law enforcement, Andrew found he could better help his community in civil law, particularly bankruptcy law. During law school, Andrew was invited to participate in the California Western School of Law, Law Review Journal, where his work on student loans and the devastating effect they have had on students, the economy, and the future of America’s youth was published.

While interning with the United States Department of Justice: Office of the United States Trustee, Andrew also gained key behind-the-scenes insights into the world of bankruptcy and the process that provides a fresh start for the honest but unfortunate debtor.

Andrew has taken his passion for bankruptcy law and experience in the field and now uses it to help represent individuals who are navigating the confusing bankruptcy process. Together with his father and founding attorney, James F. Sexton, The Sexton Law Firm serves the greater area of San Diego County and currently has offices in Oceanside and Chula Vista.
