Born and raised in the San Jose, Anh Phoong moved to Sacramento at a young age and considers Sacramento her hometown. She attended California State University Sacramento, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with honors.

After earning her bachelor’s degree, Mrs. Phoong attended Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Not only did she earn a Juris Doctorate degree but also graduated as the valedictorian of her class. She earned faculty achievement awards for Evidence, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Real Property and Remedies.

Settling hundreds of cases over the last several years resulting in millions of dollars in verdicts for her clients. As a previously injured victim of an auto accident herself, she is fully aware of the physical, emotional and mental toll the claims process can be.
