Ann Sheeley has more than 25 years of personal injury, criminal defense and workers’ compensation case experience.  Licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the Federal District Court for Rhode Island, Attorney Sheeley is highly regarded as one of the top negotiators in the State and has successfully protected, defended and obtained maximum compensation for hundreds of clients throughout the course of her career.

Upon earning her Juris Doctor from the Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, Ann worked for the law offices of J. Ronald Fishbein, where she managed personal injury and family law cases. In 2001, the Massachusetts-based Law Offices of Donald E. Green hired Ann to oversee personal injury cases. In 2003, she joined the law offices of Robert T. Karns, based in Middletown and Providence, Rhode Island and spent the following eight years leveraging her expertise in civil proceedings, in particular handling pleadings and making appearances for motion and trial cases. Prior to establishing her own practice, Sheeley Law, LLC, in 2010, Ann served as Supervising Attorney at the Law Offices of Thomas Sparks in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. In that role, she conducted initial client intakes, settlement negotiations, mediation and arbitrations, and trial procedures.
