Annie Hirsch will personally manage your case, keeping you informed throughout every step in the process.

Annie Hirsch is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), The American Association for Justice (AAJ), and The Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) – where she currently sits on the Board of governors, has co-chaired the award winning mentoring committee for two years and currently co-chairs the public relations/communications committee.

For over a decade, Annie Hirsch has been litigating personal injury and medical malpractice claims.  She has obtained millions of dollars in compensation on behalf of injured victims and their families.  She has personally handled her client’s cases from intake to resolution.  Annie Hirsch is a highly sought after attorney who fights for her clients.  Her professional successes are grounded in her ability to work with the opposition and clearly communicate complex legal and medical matters to a jury.  Her strong command of the law and of medicine, make her a true commodity in this industry and a highly sought after attorney.

Annie Hirsch’s most recent efforts have taken her beyond the realm of personal injury claims and have expanded into civil rights litigation where she represented sexual harassment victims in public housing against the Housing Authority of Baltimore City.  In this nationally recognized civil rights case, Annie Hirsch helped achieve an historic landmark settlement.

Annie Hirsch’s achievements and successes have been acknowledged and celebrated by her peers.  She has been awarded the prestigious honor of “Trial Lawyer of the Year” by the Maryland Association for Justice for her work in the nationally recognized class action against the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, also known as the “Sex for Repairs Case.” She has been named a Super Lawyer for the past two years, and a Super Lawyer Rising Star for the three years prior.  Annie Hirsch’s efforts and achievements have also been acknowledged through her admission to the highly selective Million Dollar Advocates Forum and by being selected as a Top 40 under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association.

In addition to her work inside the courtroom, Annie Hirsch continues to advocate for her clients outside of the courtroom as well.  Annie Hirsch has testified before the Baltimore City Council and the Maryland State Legislature on behalf of injured victims and their families.  She has done so on her own and on behalf of the Maryland Association for Justice.  Through these legislative efforts, Annie Hirsch has helped defeat bills that would have been devastating to injured victims seeking access to the civil justice system; and aided in passing bills that have tremendously benefited injured victims throughout the state of Maryland.
