Anthony S. Polakov has been a partner of Stoll, Nussbaum & Polakov since he started practicing law in 1985. Mr. Polakov graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics before he obtained his Juris Doctor from Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Polakov has experience in handling all types of injury cases, but since 1988, his concentration has been strictly on workers’ compensation claims. He has extensive experience handling serious and complex injury cases including wrongful death, quadriplegia, paraplegia, loss of limbs, loss of sight, disfigurement, stroke, and heart and internal injuries. Mr. Polakov has successfully settled millions of dollars in workers’ compensation claims for individuals throughout his 37 years of practice. Mr. Polakov is a sustaining member of California Applicant Attorneys Association and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and has received numerous of awards throughout his career for excellence in the practice of law.
