Personal Injury Lawyer Victoriano Rodriguez-Ramos is a highly accomplished lawyer, having earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) with Magna Cum Laude honors from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Throughout his academic journey, Victoriano achieved remarkable recognition as the Outstanding Student in Property and Registral Law (Mortgage Law), Outstanding Student in Notarial Law, and was included in the Dean’s List for the Class of 2002. During his time in law school, he had the privilege of working as an assistant professor in the Civil Code Revision (Family Law) under the esteemed guidance of Prof. Urrutia de Basora. Furthermore, Victoriano enhanced his legal knowledge by participating in the summer program on Family Law Compared and European Community Law at the Ortega y Gasset Foundation in Toledo, Spain, with a focus on the Amsterdam Treaty.

Prior to embarking on his legal education, Victoriano completed his undergraduate studies at the University of del Turabo, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2008. He obtained a B.A. in Social Science with a major in Criminology. Before pursuing his legal career, Victoriano gained valuable experience by working for the Civil Juridical Commission of the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico.

From 2003 to 2016, Victoriano dedicated himself to practicing law in various fields, including personal injury, torts, criminal law, and family law, and successfully represented clients before the Court of Appeals and Puerto Rico’s Supreme Court. However, a transformative opportunity arose, leading Victoriano to move to Texas, where he established a new chapter for his family and legal practice.

Victoriano is admitted to practice law in two jurisdictions: the State Bar of Texas since 2016 and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico since 2003.
