Beth grew up in San Angelo and finished high school in San Antonio. She attended Texas A&M University for her undergraduate degree and still enjoys trips to College Station to watch the Aggies play. After her undergraduate studies, she returned to San Antonio to pursue her legal degree from St. Mary’s University.

Beth founded Janicek Law Firm in 2003 and has dedicated her practice to helping the injured ever since. She has always dedicated a primary part of her practice to birth injuries, nursing home abuse and medical malpractice. Beth is passionate about exposing these atrocities and helping families seek justice and obtain financial support that helps them cope with heartbreaking tragedies. Time and time again, Beth has served as the sole advocate helping families fight powerful corporations to obtain financial rewards that make it possible to help cope with unforeseen tragedies.

When Beth is not in the office or the courtroom you can find her at the lake, the tennis court, or watching sporting events. Her favorite thing about San Antonio is being able to cheer for the San Antonio Spurs. She also enjoys watching college football, specifically her alma mater, the Texas A&M Aggies. Beth also enjoys spending her free time with her two sons, and she is eagerly awaiting the birth of her first grandchild.
