Mr. Knypstra is incredibly passionate in his quest for your rights. He is one of the few attorneys in the nation that have been trained at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. Gerry Spence gained national fame as an attorney best known for never losing a criminal case, nor a civil case, since 1969 (he was inducted into the American Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame in 2009). Mr. Knypstra has been practicing Law for over 19 years, and completed his training with Mr. Spence in 2010. Mr. Knypstra has recently tried over 25 cases to verdict.

Mr. Knypstra earned is Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Immediately after college, he worked for an accounting firm in Newport Beach performing audits and tax assignments for local businesses. He ultimately, received his law degree from Western State University, College of Law in 1994. He was accepted into the California State Bar in 1995.
Mr. Knypstra is a member of the National Board of Trial Advocacy, American Association for Justice, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, as well as the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
