Firm Summary

I am one of the partners in Doherty Wagner. Our firm focuses on legal malpractice and personal injury cases, and has handled legal malpractice cases since its inception. We are one of only a handful of firms in the country whose practice is primarily composed of Plaintiff’s legal malpractice.

I have practiced law with Larry Doherty since I was licensed. I have dedicated my professional life to the prosecution of claims on behalf of clients against their former Attorneys. I believe that lawyers, more than any other profession, must be accountable to those upon whom they have inflicted damage through their negligence, misrepresentation and/or breach of fiduciary duty. Doherty Wagner’s focus is upon making lawyers own up to this obligation of accountability.
