The firm’s Criminal Defense practice focuses on those charged with crimes such as DUI and other Driving Offenses, Embezzlement, Drugs, Assault, Domestic Violence, and other Crimes.

Attorney Brian M. Sullivan hung out his shingle, starting the firm in 2007 after working for the Institute for Justice, interning as a law clerk at the Washington State Supreme Court, and finally as a Deputy Criminal Prosecutor.   Brian is passionate about the law, his family, and his community.  He represents people from all walks of life in a range of serious personal injury and criminal defense matters.  His practice largely focuses on major roadway cases for serious car accidents, DUI and vehicular assault defense and civil prosecution for the victims of those crimes.
