As the founder of the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A., Mr. Goldenfarb directly manages the daily operations of all of the many departments of the law firm.

While Mr. Goldenfarb is primarily occupied with building the teams that directly manage client cases, he is devoted to serving the legal needs of our “Critical Case” clients. Mr. Goldenfarb directly handles pre-suit and litigation matters that involve significant loss, such as catastrophic injury cases, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, negligent security, and heart attacks in public places (AED law).

Whether a client suffers due to an auto accident, boating accident, medical malpractice, defective product, nursing home neglect or abuse, addiction rehab abuse, premises liability, slip and falls, heart attacks in public places, or cases involving Wrongful Death, Mr. Goldenfarb takes pride in being able to fight the insurance companies to obtain fair compensation for his clients.

Leadership, Honors, & Community
Mr. Goldenfarb is an active lecturer to community organizations, lawyers, and other legal professionals on a wide variety of topics concerning civil litigation and the justice system.

Mr. Goldenfarb is the founder of a number of charitable causes including the Emanuel McMiller Scholarship for Higher Education, which offers grants to low-income high school students to pay for the costs of going to college.

Mr. Goldenfarb also founded a non-profit, Heart of the Game, Inc., whose mission is to save the lives of student athletes and others who experience Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) by providing free Automated External Defibrillators (AED) to community and athletic associations across the United States.

Mr. Goldenfarb is also the founder of Hoops4Heroes 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, hosted annually in the spring, to raise donations for local veterans in need.

The 7 Figure Attorney Summit is a conference founded and created by Mr. Goldenfarb. The Summit is designed to teach attorneys in any area of law how to better serve their clients by providing insight and guidance on improving on the key operational and marketing functions of any successful law firm.

Mr. Goldenfarb’s leadership extends beyond LOCG into organizations such as the American Association for Justice, which recognizes Mr. Goldenfarb as one of the few lawyers across the nation who successfully litigates in the area of law known as AED law, in which owners or manufacturers of AED devices may be held liable should a sudden cardiac arrest occur in public, and an AED could have saved the person’s life.

Mr. Goldenfarb is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having obtained results of more than a million dollars in many cases. This recognition demonstrates his proficiency and competence in achieving exceptional results for his clients.

In addition to these distinguished accomplishments, Mr. Goldenfarb holds an “AV Preeminent” rating by the Martindale Hubbell peer review process. This is a significant recognition that is a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of legal professional excellence and ethics.

Craig and his wife Colleen live with their two teenage daughters in Palm Beach Gardens. Craig is also an avid soccer player, tennis player, and runner.
