Damon works with clients to help them right wrongs, including personal injuries, medical malpractice, employment disputes, or other litigation-related concerns. Before joining The Jones Firm, he represented insurance companies and healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases. He is a native New Mexican, originally from Albuquerque, with two degrees from UNM and a law degree from the University of Nebraska Law College.
Damon was a Clauve Outstanding Senior Award winner at UNM. While at Nebraska Law he was on Law Review, a member of the Immigration Law Clinic, Moot Court, and was a regional winner and competed in the national ABA Client Counseling Competition. Damon, along with his wife and dogs, lives in Santa Fe, where he enjoys hiking, biking, and smothering most foods in green chile.
