From a young age, Danielle knew she was destined to be an attorney. As a child, she often found herself advocating for her friends and family, and her passion for seeking justice only grew with time. Born to a Central American mother, and an American father who served in the U.S. Air Force, Danielle spent most of her early years living throughout the United States and overseas, exposing her to different languages, traditions, and perspectives from an early age. All of which instilled in her a sense of empathy, integrity, and service to others, which are values that continue to shape her legal career.

Driven by her commitment to helping others, Danielle earned her law degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she honed her critical thinking and negotiation skills and developed a deep understanding of the legal system. Her dedication to law, combined with her empathetic nature, led Danielle to become a personal injury attorney to help those who have been wrongfully injured to receive the compensation and justice they deserve.

Prior to starting her own law firm, Danielle worked for one of the most successful personal injury law firms in the country, litigating catastrophic personal injury cases. Before that, Danielle worked for a large national insurance defense firm where she practiced in the areas of general liability insurance defense and insurance bad faith. By leveraging her knowledge of insurance company tactics, Danielle learned to effectively dismantle attempts to undermine her clients’ claims, ensuring that her clients’ rights and needs are front and center throughout the entire legal process.
