David Trinh was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States as a young child.  He was raised in San Jose, California where he attended San Jose State University.  At San Jose State University he was a Dean Scholar and received his B.S. in Finance.  He later earned his J.D. from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.  David is licensed to practice in the State of California, including the Federal Northern and Eastern District of California as well as all California State Courts.  David’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Real Estate and Employment.  Prior to starting Trinh Law, David worked at several law firms in San Jose and Sacramento. In 2013, he was named one of Northern California’s Rising Star attorney’s by Super Lawyers, a rating service of outstanding lawyers, and he has maintained his Rising Star status thru 2019.

David is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and has extensive experiences with property management and leasing contracts.
