David practices law in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation to include Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Products Liability, Automobile Negligence, Slip and Fall Negligence, and Workers Compensation. David also handles Real Estate, Probate, Family Law and Criminal Defense Matters.

David is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Nursing Home Litigation Group, The Association of Trial Lawyers of New Jersey, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Camden County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of Pennsylvania, The Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

David was born in Camden, New Jersey. He graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting in 1976. He then graduated from the Delaware Law School of Widener University with his Juris Doctor degree in 1979.

Currently David resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his wife, Cheryle and two Golden Retrievers, Bentley and Beau. He is an avid fan of all Philadelphia Sports Teams and enjoys spending time at his homes in Florida and the Jersey Shore
