Dave is admitted to practice in Colorado (since 1981), the United States District Court for the District of Colorado (1982), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit (1984), and the U.S. Supreme Court (2000). He practices in Federal court and all state courts, including Denver, Adams County, Arapahoe County, Jefferson County, Boulder County and Douglas County.
