David is admitted to practice law in South Carolina, the District Court of South Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. David was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina. A graduate of Woodberry Forest, Wofford College and the University of South Carolina School of Law, David returned home to enjoy his hometown where he actively farms, enjoys hunting and fishing and South Carolina’s waterways. During his free time, David can usually be found on the family farm where he resides with his family actively growing everything from field corn to vegetables while raising cattle and chickens.

David is married to one of his law partners, Ginny Williams, and they have three children.
