Don L. Hall has practiced law for over 30 years. He practiced in Birmingham for 13 years before moving to Bessemer in 2003 to join forces with Tommy Tucker in the creation of a small law firm offering diverse legal services.

Don graduated from Samford University in 1985 and earned his juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1989. Like his partner, Don is also a past President of the Bessemer Bar Association.

Since opening the firm in January 2003, Hall has focused his practice on civil litigation including automobile accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, products liability, workers compensation, wrongful death, pharmaceutical, and dram-shop cases. He has obtained several million dollars in settlements or judgments since he started the practice in Bessemer.

Hall notes that it’s become harder for people who have been wrongfully injured or harmed to achieve the compensation or justice that they deserve. “I like helping people,” he says. “And I like being in the courtroom. I like debating; I like arguing for something that is worth fighting for.”
