Eric’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury, business dissolution, theft of trade secrets, copyright and trademark infringement, inverse condemnation, premises liability, and employment litigation. Prior to joining Eberle Berlin, Eric served as in-house counsel at a major insurance company, as a litigation partner at several well-known law firms, and has litigated cases of note in the areas of product liability, theft of trade secrets, and personal injury.
